Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario Ann moved several times before settling in Calgary over 12 years ago. She understands the importance of finding a place that feels ‘just right’ and wants to help others achieve that as well. With a meticulous attention to detail, Ann specializes in representing properties with professionalism and discretion, recognizing the uniqueness of each property and client.

Before venturing into real estate, Ann excelled as a student-athlete, earning an athletic scholarship to a NCAA Division I University in Louisiana. Later, she transferred to the University of Calgary to complete her Sciene degree while continuing her athletic career as a CIS athlete. Her experience as an Assistant Coach for the University of Calgary Women’s soccer team reflects her ability to balance academics and athletics successfully. This was further underscored by the achievement of being an All-American & All-Canadian Academic.

Ann’s competitive nature, honed through her athletic background and experience as a former pageant queen, translates seamlessly into her real estate practice because she never settles for second best. Beyond transactions, Ann prioritizes building long-lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect. As a result, many of her clients come through referrals and have become lifelong friends.

Certified as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a Certified Condo Specialist (CCS), Ann’s expertise extends beyond Calgary’s borders. She is an associate of the Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios in Mexico (AMPI), and proudly assists Canadian and American clients purchase vacation homes or investment properties in Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias, and Sayulita.

Ann remains up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and has been recognized for her social media presence, including being named Roomvu’s Top 5 Agents on Social Media in Calgary and Property Spark’s Top 50 Agents on Social Media in Alberta.
