Charles is locally owned and locally run, from our office on Elbow Drive. There is no head office in another city setting our policy, and no franchise agreement shaping how we work. Every decision about this brokerage gets made here, by people who live here.

That matters more in real estate than in most trades. Nobody can be briefed on a neighbourhood. Understanding why one block trades differently from the next comes from years of walking those streets, watching what gets built, and knowing the people who live there.
