Myles has been passionate about real estate since high school. Following graduation in Victoria, B.C., Myles moved to Squamish, where he attended university knowing that while he wanted to pursue a career path in real estate, he also wanted to earn a Bachelor’s degree before becoming licensed. He was able to specialize his studies around residential real estate in Canada. In particular, his final thesis paper explored how Canadian housing and mortgage policy has both historically and currently influenced housing affordability for Canadian home buyers.
Myles first gained experience in the real estate industry as an administrative assistant for a successful residential realtor in Squamish. This position helped him build a strong foundational knowledge of residential real estate practices. Most importantly, he learned how to always put client interests first and how to best meet their needs throughout each step of the home buying or selling process.
Having now established himself in Calgary, Myles is pleased to join the Charles team where he provides high quality service for his clients. As the Charles mission states “buying or selling a home is typically the most important purchase in most people's lives.” Myles looks forward to making this milestone as stress free and memorable as possible for his clients.
