Josh is a born and raised Calgarian who has called this great city home for his entire life. Shopping local has a whole different meaning for him with his extensive roots throughout this growing city!
Before becoming a realtor at the ripe old age of 20, Josh’s first love was construction. He worked for a local landscape company that was grooming him for larger role before his “big break” — an unfortunate injury to both his feet. Josh changed course and begin a new venture with real estate!
Josh uses his background in new home construction, his hands-on approach to renovations and his lengthy experience with some of Calgary’s biggest builders to give his clients a completely hands on real estate service. No deal is too big or too small for Josh. With over a decade of experience in the Calgary market he has tackled every type of real estate transaction you can imagine: from starter condo’s in the inner city, to starter homes in some of Calgary’s newest suburban communities to dream builds in and outside of Calgary’s city limits.
Josh’s endless work ethic hasn’t gone unnoticed, he has received numerous awards included the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award in 2016.
When he is not selling homes Josh is a Calgary Flames Addict! His love for hockey runs deep and even though his skill aren’t what they used to be you can find Josh on the lakes and in Calgary’s rinks all over the City. His true passion away from real estate is spending time with his wife Laura and and young son Boden. He is also currently on baby watch to complete their million dollar family with a baby girl!
