Lisa is one of the biggest outdoor enthusiasts you’ll ever meet. She’s an avid golfer and hiker, and walks her 4 dogs at least 5 km every day 365 days a year along the Elbow River trails. “Being outdoors brings me peace and is where I destress… it’s my ’happy place’ you could say”. Her love for the outdoors is woven into every aspect of her life, as acreage living is in her blood. She has called rural Springbank home for over 25 years and now resides in beautiful Elbow Valley.
Born in Rossland, British Columbia and bred in Calgary, Lisa’s affinity for real estate follows an impressive career in the legal field. Following her BA in Psychology from the University of Calgary, Lisa pursued her Legal Assistant Diploma. Completion of the program led her to work for Bennet Jones Verchere and Milner Fenerty, and eventually into the legal department at TransCanada. Lisa is a mom of two and took the role of dedicated hockey mom during her sons goalie pursuits very seriously (as an avid Flames fan it was second nature)! Her daughter’s love for competitive dance led her to ASU where she’s dancing for the ASU Dancing Devils whilst pursuing her law degree. She’s a proud mom.
Lisa’s career in real estate began when her children went to university, and it’s brought her joy ever since. Her experience in custom home building, acreage transactions and purchasing vacation properties gives her a unique perspective and her accreditation in acreage transactions from CREB and RECA gives a strategic advantage to all her buyers craving those wide open spaces. She’s also a Commissioner of Oaths in Alberta. Who knows, you may just run into her on the paths near the Elbow River or on the local golf courses!
