Colum has a deep background in residential Real Estate in addition to his career as his a Realtor which began back in 2017 with Charles.
While serving the city of Calgary as a Detective with the Calgary Police Service for 25 years, Colum also amassed over 20 personal Real Estate investment transactions and acquisitions across various classes of residential property. These investments were largely located in and around the Calgary region.
This combined background allows Colum to apply an intimate knowledge of virtually every neighborhood in the city as well as a strategic approach to buying and selling for his clients which includes his experience as a professional negotiator and investigator.
