Josh is a proud born and raised Calgarian. Over the past 30 years, he has lived in every quadrant of the city and gained a valuable understanding of local communities and demographics. He worked in customer service and loves working with the public in all aspects of his personal and professional settings. Josh has always had a passion for marketing and project management, which led him to completing his marketing degree from Mount Royal University. He amplified his professional skills in Calgary’s executive suite industry that specialized in short and long-term leases of fully furnished suites for corporate, relocation, insurance and travel clients. His dedication and success in marketing and customer service in that industry left him wanting more. It was then that his interest in real estate ignited.

Before working in real estate, Josh moved to China to teach English. He then took to the skies to travel and work in six Southeast Asian countries. His time overseas provided a broader understanding of the lifestyles, passions, values and customs of many different cultures which translated into a deeper understanding of people as a whole.

Since completing his real estate licence, he is dedicated to learning from some of the best local professionals in Calgary. Josh offers specialized knowledge in marketing and customer service that is tailored to each individual client to achieve a smooth, detailed and quality experience. Providing a premier service in one of the largest transactions and milestones in one’s life is not to be taken lightly and transforming his clients dreams into reality is his favourite aspect of real estate!

When Josh gets down time, you can find him on the golf course or down at the river with his dog in the warmer months and on the slopes and skating rinks in the winter.
