Austen Gerlitz is one of the youngest licensed agents in the province, however he has been actively following the Calgary real estate market for as long as he can remember. Austen is currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) undergraduate program at the Haskayne School of Business. His declared major is Real Estate Studies, which is being offered for the first time through the Westman Centre for Real Estate Studies at the University of Calgary. He also has a keen interest in the study of architecture and the art of environmentally sustainable design.
